Stamford Place will open in September after revamp, with serviced apartments, workspaces, dining, culture
Following an 18-month restoration and repositioning, Stamford Place — previously Stamford Court— will open its doors this September as a mixed-use lifestyle destination that combines living, working, dining and social connection.
It will include APT., a new 66-unit boutique serviced apartment in partnership with Frasers Hospitality; 30,000 sq ft of hospitality-inspired workspaces by The Great Room by Industrious; as well as a curated mix of dining, retail and art, according to an Aug 20 press release.
Situated at the prominent intersection of Stamford Road and Hill Street, in Singapore's Civic District, the four-storey building features an iconic clock tower and was completed in 1996.
Boutique real estate investment firm Elevate Capital Group and global asset manager PGIM had acquired Stamford Court for $132 million via a joint venture in August 2024.
